2. List properties, real estate, goods, products and services (including jobs) for sale, hire, rent, lease or auction.

Request for properties, real estate, goods or products and services
you want to buy, hire, rent or lease for clients that can meet your
specific need to contact you.
4. List services you can render or
hire services. These services may include but not limited to architects,
builders, carpenters/joiners, drainage services, electrical, masons,
painters/decorators, pest/vermin services, plasterers/tilers,
plumbing/heating, property management services, roofing services,
surveillance /security services, surveyors/valuers, timber and damp
treatment services, contract/supply services, welders, pipe fitting/
fabrication, fixing/repair services, gardeners, nannies, tutors, general
/ home services, etc.
N.B: In submitting or
requesting for properties/services (using houses for example) under the
description column please ensure that you specify the duration (for
auctions only), basic details (e.g: location, number of bedrooms, type
of furnishing, number of bathrooms, type of flooring, number of lounges,
number of floors, number of garage spaces, number of parking spaces,
total area in sq meter and building area ), Transaction Details (e.g
selling, buying, hiring/renting or leasing price and Key
Features/Amenities (e.g swimming pool, gym house, fitted generator,
fenced electrical technology, split air condition, balcony, private
entrance, ground floor toilet facilities, fire place, double glazed
window, fire alarm , etc). You may choose to put your contact details
too.

How To Submit Listing.
Please use this form
in submitting all your listings (whether classified ads, auctions or
business directory) .
Ensure to state the location (Country, State and City), price (state
currency type), description (colour, model, specifications and key
features), means of payment, means of shipping and duration of delivery,
duration of the offer ( only if it is auction), quantity available
(state if you deliver only 1 quantity or more quantities), condition
(new or used), guarantee i.e terms of return/refund (if any) and other
important details. You may add contact information such as e-mail,
website or business phone number where you could be reached.
Classified Ads? You can post ads / listings you want to sell, buy, hire, rent, hire, rent or lease. You can also request for services you want to hire or provide here.
Auction / Bidding?
After submitting
the auction , we publish it and the bidding is done by comments (with
our commenting system- default comment system or better still Livefyre
with which you can comment using facebook, twitter, linkedin or open Id )
in which an interested bidder says how much s/he will pay by his/her
comment. The auction offerer comment to pick the highest bidder among
all the commenters on the end date of the auction. Then the auction
offerer and bidder closes the auction by privately or publicly
discussing means of payment and delivery.
Business Directory?
Submit your business for listing in our business directory. Specify if your business involves either product or service.
Featured Ads / Listings?
By featuring your ads or listings your business or listings will have
easier and greater exposure. It is advantageous to your business or
listings since more exposure will bring more transactions. To Feature
