Please no porn, racism, spam or scam. If we detect any or you are reported to be doing such you will be banned from using this platform and your listings will be removed immediately. Besides, you will be reported to appropriate legal and security agencies in your jurisdiction for investigation and prosecution where necessary.
Avoiding Scam
1. Do transaction locally with those you can meet face to face.
2. Do not wire money through Western Union, Moneygram or other wire services.
3. Do not accept money order or cashier checks you are not sure of. Kindly ask the person to either pay you cash or both of you should go to the bank. This is important in order to avoid fake cashier cheque or money order.
4. At the moment we do not involve or guarantee any transaction and so we do not handle payments or provide escrow i.e buyer protection or seller certification. However with time we may work towards these.
5. Do not give out your financial information e.g bank account details, social security number,etc.
6. Do not buy, hire, rent or lease properties, real estate, goods, products or services that are too good to be true. We advise you to do cash or payment on delivery.
